on the the same day, provided that no more than four (4) of said boats are
in this Section after 11:00 a.m.); (c) Black Canyon to Poplar (Kelly
Canyon); and (d) Poplar to the confluence with Henry's Fork. Restrictions:
No outfitter may have more than twelve (12) boats on the SS1 in any one (1)
day. Further the
lower boundary of section (a) (Palisades Dam to Swan Valley Bridge) shall
overlay Section (b) to the Conant takeout (Swan Valley Bridge to Black
Canyon), and Section (b) shall overlay Section (c) to the Cottonwood access.
Supply boats which do not carry clients are exempt from these restrictions. |
